UNIQUE FEE SHARING INCENTIVE PLAN
WITH SUCCESSFULLY PLACED CANDIDATES
In the spirit of making this a win-win relationship with our clients, we are unique in that we will share 10% of the total fee collected from our employer clients with all candidates that are placed successfully once they have completed their probationary period and we have collected the fees from the employer. We also share a percentage of our fees with any referrals that we receive for successfully placed candidates.
