Consulting Services:

• Assistance in helping health care facilities evaluate their Clinical Engineering Management program (whether in-house or outsourced), in terms of staffing, regulatory compliance, cost-effectiveness, and best mix of services.
• Audit and evaluation of a health care facility’s outsourced clinical equipment maintenance expenditures (service contracts and time & materials) in order to determine if these costs are appropriate or excessive.
• Evaluation of how much a health care facility is spending to maintain clinical equipment compared to other facilities of similar size and complexity.  
• Evaluation of whether certain clinical equipment items can best be maintained in-house or outsourced, based on the most cost-effective strategy, as well as keeping in mind uptime requirements.
• Physical inventory verification of all clinical equipment items.
