Sandy D. Morford, C.C.E. - Partner
Mr. Morford is an ICC-Certified Clinical Engineer and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering.  He is considered a national authority on healthcare technology management.  As its President and COO, he led the growth of COHR Inc. into one of the largest healthcare service organizations in the United States.  Mr. Morford took the company from a $1 million business in 1979, to a $102 million multi-faceted services organization in 1998.  In 1998, he co-founded with Mr. Satiani a nationwide independent Asset Management organization, Genesis Technology Partners, based in San Dimas, California.  As its President & CEO, he led the company to becoming one of the largest independent organizations of its kind.  With over 27 years of experience, he is recognized as a dynamic entrepreneur whose strengths include building businesses into successful and profitable organizations.

Haresh Satiani - Partner
Mr. Satiani holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Engineering and has worked in the Healthcare Services field since 1981.  He has been instrumental in the growth of three different Independent Service Organizations (ISO’s) during the past 25 years.  From 1981 to 1989, he played a key role in the success of Medical Integrated Services Inc., an ISO based in the Midwest.  From 1989 to 1998, he was an Executive VP with COHR Masterplan, a nationwide Independent Service Organization based in California and oversaw the extraordinary growth of that organization as well.  At the time of his departure in 1998, he oversaw the operations of the Masterplan division with revenues exceeding $90 million and over 400 employees.  In 1998, he co-founded with Mr. Morford another nationwide independent Asset Management organization, Genesis Technology Partners, based in San Dimas, California.  As its Chief Operating Officer, he presided over the phenomenal growth of that company, which reached in excess of $45 million in revenues and over 200 employees nationwide.  He was deeply involved in negotiating and completing the successful sale of Genesis to a larger ISO, Masterplan Inc., in February ’06.

Donald K. Carson - Partner
Mr. Carson has worked in the service industry since 1973, entering into the medical equipment maintenance field in 1980. He’s held management positions in this field for over a decade and was responsible for managing over 250 employees for one of the largest independent service organizations (ISO) in the U.S. He is recognized for his ability to manage others and create a positive teamwork environment.
